Phil has run combined Visual Arts/ Music/creative writng projects in a wide range of educational and community settings
he Co-founded BARLEYFISH workshops with Childrens Author Beth Webb in 1997
between then and 2000 they ran Creative Writing/Music/visual Arts projects across the South west.
